Refunds will take about a week or two to process. If your jewelry has arrived broken or defected, please email us & attach a picture that clearly shows the broken/defective item(s) and describe the issue(s) with your order. If you would like to exchange an item, let us know in the email. We will do the best we can, & contact you within 24-48 hours. Thank you for your understanding and support!
