Where is my order?

When your order has shipped out, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to check where your package currently is. If your shipping service is "Small Packet Air" then a tracking number will not be provided.

 

Will I have to pay for custom/import charges?

Golden Muse cannot control these costs and is not responsible for any custom/import charges applied to your package, therefore you will be responsible for paying additional charges if they apply.

 

What should I do if my payment does not work?

We are sorry to hear this! First, make sure that all shipping & billing info is correct. If that does not work, try contacting your bank and inquiring about the payment. If your issue persists, email us at goldenmusejewels@gmail.com, and we will try our best to help.

 

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

US

Express shipping: 2-3 Business days

Standard shipping: 4-8 Business days

 

Canada

Express shipping: 1-2 Business days

Standard shipping: 3-9 Business days

 

All other countries

Standard shipping: 7-14 Business days

Will my jewelry tarnish?

With proper care, our collection is crafted to last thousands of years. Prevent tarnishing by avoiding moistures & chemicals to maintain its durability, longevity & shininess. 

 

Can I use a discount code on a sale item?

No, discount codes do not apply to sale items due to the fact that our sale items already have a larger discount than most of the codes available. This means that you are getting the best deal possible!

 

Can I return my jewelry?

Refunds will take 1-2 weeks to process. If you are having issues with your jewelry after arrival, kindly email us at goldenmusejewels@gmail.com, and provide pictures of the defected jewelry within 15 days of delivery. We will do our best to help! If you have any other concerns, let us know in the email. Thank you for your patience & understanding.

 

Can I become a Brand Ambassador?

Yes, please dm/email us if you're interested in becoming a brand ambassador. We will then let you know if you are qualified or not, based on factors such as how many followers you have, how often you post, whether your images are good quality, and etc.

When you purchase an item from us, post a picture in our jewels & tag our social media page @goldmusejewels on Instagram, for a chance to be featured on our page!
